Easter Treat Bag Project...

Mom asked me to help her decorate the treat bags for the play group kids who will be coming over this week for an Easter egg hunt.

Planting Seeds - A Project...

Here's the seed kit we're using - Veggie Tales, my latest obsession.

Putting pellets in the pots. I LOVE the circle shapes of them.

Wetting the pellets - Mom helped with the seeds as they are tiny. I planted sunflowers and Chinese lanterns.

Broken Heart

T Rex Mom here...

The other day, T Rex was playing with heart-shaped stickers. One of them tore in half as he was peeling it off the paper. He brought it to me and said, "Fix broken heart, Mama." I tried to piece it together to no avail.

It was at that moment I realized, some day my little guy is going to have a real broken heart and just like this, I won't be able to fix it. Suddenly I felt hot tears run down my cheeks. But everything was fine as he moved along to the next heart sticker which was not broken.
