Makeshift Garage...

I don't have a garage to park my cars (only a space station and barn).

The barn works rather nicely, don't you think?

A Few of My Birthday Gifts...

Despite asking people to not bring gifts to my gathering this weekend, I still received a few.

Here are a couple of my favorites - both, ironically from my grandparents. They must know me well!

Trike from Grandma and Grandpa N

Basketball from "Nana"

Cheerios Banana Maki...

Mom and Dad are big into sushi - they eat it at least once a week.

So far, I won't even even eat rice but here's my version of maki - Cheerios on banana.

Mmmmm...

Maybe there is hope that I'll become a sushi addict someday too?!?

Playgroup Birthday Party

This weekend we started celebrating my second birthday. It's still several days away but we had a combined birthday party with my friend Joseph. Here are some photos from the event.

Happy Birthday Song...

Yes, I refused the cupcake - Mom was happy to finish it for me!

The dads of the birthday boys were able to make the gathering. We were so happy to have our "dada's" there!

With Dad

Joseph with his dada - check out that cool shirt!

A little free play time...

With Cooper - his mom brought his new baby sister. We all got to give her snuggles. Now we can't wait to have a little girl of our own to love and snuggle!

Opening presents...

I thought this was so cool but wanted the balls out!

Feeding into my new obsession - letters!!!

Thank you, Ms. Caitlin, for hosting this wonderful playgroup birthday party. We had the best time!

Friday Fashion...Sort of...

New curtains for my room...

My room is slowly being terraformed from a Winnie the Pooh nursery to a stars and planets big kid room. Mom finally finished the curtains this week along with her other many projects. (You can check out her blog for photos of those projects.)

Stay tuned...we still have prints to hang, a solar system mobile, and a Saturn V rocket to set up!
Do you have special colors or a special theme in your room???

Happy Veterans Day!!!

I've posted this photo before but it's worth repeating...
Two of my favorite World War II Veterans - Grandpa and Great Uncle Ed.

Thank you for your service.

Thank you to our other Veterens for protecting my freedom!

Friday Fashion...

My "new" duck PJs...

Mom found these at a used clothing store a couple months ago for $2.

Here I am showing off the duck on my shirt - I love it!

Playing with my letters after shower time.

More photos of my duck PJs...

These are most definitely my current favorite PJs!

Do you have favorite PJs?

Snack Time with Mr. Bear...

Mr. Bear is often my snack time buddy. Mom says she's getting too big to fit on my other chair so Mr. Bear has been more than happy to accommodate.

And, my snack of choice these days, puffs...
Some things change and some don't!

What's your favorite snack these days???

Halloween Photos...

Here are some photos from our very busy Halloween...

First, a stop to see family friends and do my first trick-or-treating of the year.

Secondly, a stop at my friend's place for a quick hello and to see everyone's super cool costumes - panda (me), Dragon (Joseph), and Monkey (Cooper).

Home to trick-or-treat but it was not my thing as I don't like candy. The neighbors who knew I was coming had cereal bars and one very special neighbor had a sphere to put in my pumpkin - that was WAY cool!

The best part for me was answering the door and handing out candy. Mom said I was being "too generous". I also very much enjoyed the "Great Pumpkin" movie while we waited for the door bell to ring.
I hope everyone had a great Halloween.

P.S. Mom and Dad's blog is getting ready to celebrate it's one year anniversary as well as it's 200th post. In honor of the dual celebration, Mom is hosting a giveaway. Make sure you check it out...
